The rig that treats the middle of nowhere as a destination

Built for the Long Way Around.

Overbuilt, On Purpose

The 80 Series Land Cruiser

The 80 Series holds a particular place among overlanders, and for good reason. Full-time four-wheel drive with a locking center differential, coil springs at both ends for articulation the leaf-sprung 60 and early 70 Series never had, and a body-on-frame construction stout enough to shrug off the kind of abuse a real expedition demands. It's the generation that proved a Land Cruiser could be comfortable enough for the pavement and unstoppable enough for everything beyond it.

This particular truck earns that reputation daily. An ARB front bumper and winch handle recovery when the trail doesn't cooperate. Old Man Emu suspension paired with BFG All-Terrain tires gives it the ground clearance and traction the backcountry demands, while an Ironman 4x4 snorkel and Front Runner roof rack round it out for genuine long-distance overlanding, the kind of build meant to disappear for weeks, not just the afternoon.

Support for the Distance Ahead

A truck built for overlanding lives or dies on the seat, hours upon hours logged over washboard roads and long highway stretches alike. The seat perfect for this application is the Vario F in Black Basketweave fabric with leatherette bolsters, our most breathable weave for the long days, paired with a bolster material built to withstand the ingress and egress a life of expedition driving demands.

Optional armrests were added as well, a small addition that matters considerably on the kind of drive measured in days rather than miles, giving the arms somewhere to rest when the terrain, at last, allows it.
