How and when will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, an email containing your tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at the time of order. Tracking numbers are typically generated when the shipping label is created and may take up to 24 hours to show movement within the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email within a reasonable time after being notified that your order has shipped, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will be happy to provide an update on your shipment status.
Custom seat orders and made to order brackets have longer lead times. Tracking information is not available until the order has been completed and shipped.
Do you accept returns?
At SCHEEL MANN USA, we believe in a consultative sales process and work closely with our customers to help select the right seat, configuration, and vehicle-specific components before an order is placed. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best solution for your needs the first time.
That said, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to return an eligible item, we will work with you to make the process as straightforward as possible. Returned products must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition and will be subject to inspection upon receipt.
Please note that custom-ordered products, special-order items, installed products, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
If you purchased your product through an authorized scheel-mann® dealer, retailer, or installer, returns must be handled directly through the original seller and are subject to that seller's return policies and procedures.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns and order cancellations.
For products that have already shipped, the item must be returned in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation included. Items showing signs of installation, use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional deductions.
For orders that have been paid for but not yet shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled after payment has been processed. This fee helps cover administrative, processing, and inventory allocation costs associated with the order.
Please contact us before returning any item or requesting an order cancellation so we can review your options and provide the appropriate instructions.
What warranty is included with my scheel-mann® seat?
scheel-mann® seats are backed by a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, beginning on the date of delivery.
The warranty applies to seats purchased directly from SCHEEL MANN USA or through an authorized scheel-mann® dealer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
If you believe your seat has a warranty issue, please contact the dealer from whom the seat was purchased or contact SCHEEL MANN USA directly. Please provide proof of purchase, photos of the concern, and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and work with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage from use, improper installation, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.
Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement of defective components, or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion.
Warranty coverage applies to the original retail purchaser of a scheel-mann® product purchased through SCHEEL MANN USA or an authorized scheel-mann® dealer, including products installed as part of a completed vehicle build by an authorized scheel-mann® dealer or installer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
