A van or RV is chosen for a different kind of freedom: space to live in, room to bring what matters, and the range to disappear for weeks at a time. It's touring in its purest form, and everything about it is built around comfort, except, too often, the seat you drive from.
That's the gap scheel-mann closes. Our aftermarket van seats replace the factory driver and passenger seats in the Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit and E-Series, RAM ProMaster, Chevrolet Express, VW Vanagon and Eurovan, as well as expedition builds from Earthroamer and Earthcruiser. Each mounts on a vehicle-specific seat bracket adapter kit, and versions with an integrated seat belt are available for vans whose factory seats carry their own.
Every seat here is built to the same standard: engineered orthopedic support, adjustable to the driver rather than the average, and hand-built in Germany, so the miles behind you feel as considered as the destination ahead.
Vario F - The Halo Seat
The Vario distinguishes itself through 14-way adjustability, an uncompromising standard that affords every driver a fit tailored precisely to them. The result is a seat so exacting in its comfort and support that hours pass unnoticed, however far the journey. It is, ultimately, the whole point of a quality retrofit seat.
The F designation marks the flatter side bolster on the seat bottom, built for easier entry and exit in the vehicles where that matters most.
Klima models take that standard further, adding active ventilation alongside standard heat, so the seat works in both directions, cooling the driver when the cabin turns against them and warming when the drive calls for it. All other Vario seats come with heat as standard, without the added ventilation.
Any Vario F carrying XXL in the name is built with a taller backrest, sized for drivers 6' and taller or with a longer torso, without changing anything else about the fit or adjustability underneath.
